Tivimate Can't see USB

Hello, I've added a USB and the Firestick sees it. For some reason TiViMate only shows internal storage folder. So, I'm unable to store recordings on the USB.
Any ideas? I've tried unplugging and restarting the firestick. Also, unplugging the usb. It worked fine until I uninstalled and reinstalled TVMate trying to fix the 1min recording issue I was having.

As the first step, Have you formatted the USB drive to FAT32? what is the capacity of your USB drive?

Thanks for your help. I got it figured out by reformatting the USB from my PC instead from the TV Firestick app. Not sure why this would make a difference, but it worked. So far, so good.

Glad to hear it.
Yes formatting with FAT32 on windows PC, or exFAT on a macOS, is the way to do this on USB flash drives.
There are, however, other things could have caused the issue but thankfully your case was easy.
